Throttle 100% for BFE300 VTOL takeoff. 1 + Throttle for BFE150 forward thrust. 2 for VTOL Tilt. 5 for Boosted speed. 6 for parachutes. 7 + VTOL for slow ground manuevers. 8 + VTOL for flaps control (Not For High Speeds). 8 for VTOL RCN Control.
