Oh whoops! They only bought four and the fourth took longer to serve the RCN because there was a fire
P.S the Victoria class subs weren't built in Canada, they were British Upholder class subs and Canada bought them 1998. And there are only four because when the RCN was sailing the subs to Canada there was a fire on board one.
