Controls:-Action groups 1&2: Bombs

History: In 1932, the Günther-Schmitt company designed a new aircraft to fit three roles: Attack, Trainer, and Reconnaissance. The attack variantvwas the most widely produced, with over 8,500 aircraft being built between 1935 and 1940. It performed well, and crews generally regarded it as a good aircraft. It was armed with a lone 7.92mm machine gun for offensive capabilities and a single 12.7mm machine gun for defense. It had four hard points, two under the fuel tank/cockpit and one under each wing. The last GST-1 was pulled from service in 1942 (the aircraft served as a nighttime photo reconnaissance aircraft). Only one aircraft services today, and it is in horrible condition (most of the aircraft is missing or was destroyed by the advancing American army).
