this aircraft was a second version of the famous YR-01A, the 2nd aircraft was developed in 1995, after the succesful YR-01A the GUEVAN company tries to build a second one, summer 1998 GUEVAN complete its first protoype,
in 2001 YR-001B complete its test and fixed some of its flaws,
just 2 weeks after GUEVAN engineers finished their plane, the airforce general ask GUEVAN company to order them and produce 820 Aircraft for them
