(WIP!) The "Pine Class" zeppelin, built in 1938 was made to fit a design requirement by ZepTrans, A startup zeppelin airline The cost of construction for the zeppelin was too high and only one was produced. After being used until 1940 by ZepTrans it was taken by the army air corps for use in the war. When it was inspected for possible military usages, no tasks for it were found. It was kept until December 23 1944. Sadly, ZepTrans had gone out of business. The zeppelin still remained though. On February 4 1945 it was sold into private hands. It was renovated to be an aerial yacht by a multi-millionaire. However, on June 18 1956 the owner died and his airship was then sold on auction. The era of the zeppelin was over, however and it was hard to locate buyers. It was docked in a hangar, deflated and stored until October 8th 1978. Then, you came across it. You found it in Zepnews, a monthly magazine. You thought “Wow! A huge airship!” The previous owner gave it to you. He said “This will be quite a task, I wish to be no obstacle for your project.” It took you and your friend, Hank years to make it operational. It came out of the hangar, FLYING on july 8 1983. You own it to this day.
