RF-1A (Range - Fighter - Design 1 - Series A) This is the main fighter-interceptor of the SSRAF (Snowstone Royal Air-Force) currently. It’s primary mission is to patrol and intercept unauthorized or hostile airborne,seaborne targets within the distance of 100miles within the airspace or national waters of Snowstone island. This fighter has the unique STOL lift-system™ engine or the Halo-AB138 power plant which is capable of moving the RF-1A in excess of Mach 2+. The RF-1A standard ground and air payload consists of- 4x - Inferno AG missiles2x - guardian AA short range missiles 2x - interceptor AA long range missiles 2x - 30mm M-190 auto-cannonsThe payload of the fighter can be modified depending on the mission. The RF-1A is equipped with an aerial refueling system that extends out from the aircraft’s nose to extend the range of the fighter when needed. The aircraft has five separate air brake flaps lining the front of the intake. The RF-1A is not equipped with countermeasures but makes up for it in its thrust capacity or.. speed.
