Its a great mountain climber which is what its for. With down thrust rockets 25% is enough for most slopes. Without rockets it fares pretty well still. Quite fast actually so it is OK for general travel I would come up with an impressive backstory, but it's not that kind of craft. Group 1 for rockets.
