Flies great just need to take off properly. So take your VTOL nozzles to 3/4 up so they are 45 degrees down and back. Then bring up the detachers. Roll on full throttle with full nose up input. Once you pick up a little speed detach #1. If you take off with landing gear still attached your going to have a short flight.
