Due to the relatively successful test flights and programmes for the Thundercrash project, the plane was redesigned to correct the general flaws of the original F-19 Thundercrash. This model designated the F-19B, was an improved version of the original model. Featuring a more streamlined profile, less weight and less drag without sacrificing fuel loads. The flight characteristics were also changed which made the aircraft much more stable during high G maneuvers. The engines and wings were slightly moved to the front of the aircraft to compensate for its new center of mass. Overall, the aircraft is a major improvement over the previous model. Another variant, featuring heavy ground attack capability is on its way.
