New TutorialPlane
I wanted to do a new Tutorial Plane. The old one, was, tbh, kinda stale and old. It had to go. I built this beast. It retains the main parts of the TutorialPlane, but is painted, has lights, weapons, and looks cleaner. It's still buildable by beginners! This was alot of fun, and I hope you like it!
