The F-15A / B medium-term improvement plan was implemented in the 1990s. Its main goal is to upgrade the F-15A / B to the F-C / D standard, including the replacement of the AN/APG -70 radar, the replacement of new AVIONICS equipment, and the replacement of old analog computers with new digital computers.
