Auto Credit Based on SimplyPlain's Me-262 "Schwalbe"

Stripped Schwalbe

By request, this is just a version of my Me 262 "Schwalbe" that has some furniture chucked out and the paint removed, making it upwards of 700 parts "lighter" than the original.

The livery is admittedly butt-ugly, but it's still historically correct; towards the end of the war, quite a few of these planes were delivered from the factory unpainted to save time and, obviously, paint. They were bare metal except for the occasional dab of primer; best-case the flyboys slapped on some geschwader-colors with a brush themselves.

Check the page of the full-livery original for the history, details about controls etc...

Happy hunting!

I only have one gripe. This thing is so hard to taxi. Also it takes off in wayyyy too little runway.

@SimplyPlain Oh great! Sorry, that re-up kinda slipped by me for some reason. Thanks! So, congratulations: for now, you seem to have made the ‚definitive‘ Me-262 on the site! I just love this jet .. it was my first scale model kit that I built with my dad back when I was 7 years old or so.

@Krikkit42 I didn't work any magic... @Ian_Yashima found out what the problem was; some glitch related to, well, unrelated (VR) parts and rotators. Nothing that had anything to do with cannons really :D just read the update on the full-detail build; I re-uploaded the XML of that one by the way, so it now works fine as well.

@SimplyPlain Dude, what black magic did you employ on the cannons?! They work perfectly now. Just cut through that tanker plane like a knife through butter! Is there anything you changed in the XMLs? I tried your full-detail 262 with some of my cannons and some worked fine while others had the exact same issue as your MK108s. Please enlighten me ;-)
