The Heavy Offroad Armored Tactical Truck (HOATT) is a nigh identical copy to the Oshkosh HEMTT series, made for delivering heavy loads to isolated areas. With an 8x8, twin steer setup, it is capable of crawling over the toughest terrain. It features a versatile frame capable of supporting any addons necessary for the job at hand.
