Experimental Swashplate
Mod BaconAircraft
6.4 years ago
A simple swashplate I was working on that I thought would be cool to turn into somesort of a heli.
Instructions
Flight
AG-1: Engine Start
Throttle: Blade pitch.
Personal Use
Detach swashplate & blade assembly via dark grey cylinder connection to engine.
Detach tail rotor & blade assembly via grey cylinder connection to tail frame.

When are you gonna finish the Cessna?
Can I have the discord code?@BaconAircraft
I have a terrible iPod 5 so my app would crash of I tried. Sorry...
@24jclawson Does work excellent! You need to run it at high physics.
Doesn't work very well... 💥
Fixed, umm.. high graphics only
Hmm... having trouble with the startup... it goes boom
Thank you! @BaconAircraft
@CRJ900Pilot sure i
May I use it for my own helicopter? Full credit will be given
@BaconAircraft and also I do have professional H.O.T.A.S. system for my PC so WASD troubles aren't my problem. It's just construction problems. Also I would like to apologize for my bad English, since I am from Russia.
@BaconAircraft I am a heli pilot too and I know how they behave. That's why I'm really confused by it's behavior in my RAH-96 Night Whisper.
@RedVine I personally don't think they behave like excrement, but rather it is hard to control them using WASD instead of an actual control column. My friend's uncle in china is a former helicopter pilot for the PLAAF and he explained to me that helicopters really do behave oddly in comparison to what one thinks it may behave.
@BaconAircraft you made my day! That explains why my swashplates behave like shit, excuse my language.
@RedVine A physics phenomenon know as Gyroscopic Precession
@YTneonANcreeper Make sure you're on high physics. It does not explode.
@YTneonANcreeper @BaconAircraft yes whenever I power 1 it spins and explodes.
Why is the plate on this swashplates is always going 90 degrees counterclock-wise from the blades pitch?
@YTneonANcreeper are u sure about that
hover at 73% throttle
Love the Poster
Doesn't fly
damn! I love this design
@BaconAircraft ohhhhhhhhh
Thanks, but I won’t be using it. I always like to make and try new things myself before requesting assistance. @xXN1NJAXx
