neo strasbourg is the originally sister ship of the neo emden.when 1942 the body with her gun was captured by france(in my settings).the French navy built the rest of the ship and use her formal name Neo Strasbourg as well.
although neo emedn and neo strasbourg are sister ship.they are different.strasbourg use the french Four-mounted 130mm secondry gun and twin 90mm secondry gun.and the anti-aircraft gun is the new 45mm type.torpedo is the French type.
