Araluen Air Force AH-1 'Tiger Shark'
The AH-1 was built in response to our jets' inability to stay in one area for and extended period of time, as well as their need for a runway. The AH-1 being the first helicopter of the Araluen forces is not very good, but not bad either. It has ok speed, decent control, but where it excels is the armament. It has 4 rocket pods for armored targets as well as asset destruction, 2 Inferno missiles for heavily armored vehicles, and one minigun to clear infantry. It only needs one pilot, but has room for a pilot and navigator. It is easy enough to control for inexperienced pilots, making it a good starter for rookies. While one alone won't be much of a threat, the low production cost allows for many to be deployed at once. Travel speed of about 110-120 mph, combat speed of 50-180 mph. Hover/flight should be 67-68% engine power, combat is 100%. Fullly pitching forwards will lead you into a controllable dive, good for quickly lowering alititude. Pitching all the way back will stop the decent and raise you altitude again. Have Fun!
Edit: I have noticed that if pulls slightly to the right because of the asymetrical tail. It is barely noticable and shouldn't cause too much trouble.
