These are similar to those found on the later A-6 Intruder's wing tips. I think they might be called clam shell.
Just pull back on the throtle
They are attached to the top and bottom surfaces of the white fuselage sections, then shifted aft, rotated, and raised or lowered ot meet thier proper hinge points using the Fine Tuner mod.( Thank You, @HellFireKoder ) The fuel tank is 198 gal. zero mass, if you have a use for that. It was modded in xml.
