This plan was made in 2035 to fulfill a need for a close range V.T.O.L bomber. But fell short of all category and was not purchased by the US military. Only 3 were ever made. The first one had engine failure and crashed into a mountain. The second one was destroyed when the interior bombs exploded. The last one was sent to be scraped when it was purchased by a civilian. The F.A.A later deemed airworthy and it was retrofitted with V.L.S rockets without government supervision.

VTOL take off procedure:
Set throttle to 100%
And move the trim level to around 80%
And take off

VTOL landing procedure:
Set throttle to 20%
And move the trim level to around 80%
And land.
