Slight update on my previous attempt.
Slightly different bodywork, bay doors with 2 missiles (bit messy, but works for the most part) and guns.
Use VTOL up (VTOL down tends to make the plane a flying BBQ) to open bay doors and activation groups 1 and 2 to launch missiles one at a time.

@TheBoeingEngineer lol, it does that unfortunately. I've since tried moving the missiles a bit further back, seems to sort out the exploding problem. The bay doors are still just too messy, going to try to come up with a better solution.
I put vtol down... Jones bbq and foot massage...
