@Pilotmario They are open, I have put rockets on all (other than two of them) of them . . . it has 14 in total . . . 4 under the fuselage . . . 2 under the inner wings . . . 8 under the main wings!

Not enough weapon slots. You needed 10 OPEN slots if you're going to use external tanks.
