The F-23 was just another experiment and turned out looking a lot like a MiG. it is designated F-23 because it was my 23rd experiment. If you are tracking all the aircraft I have uploaded, the gap between 9 and 23 includes experiments that were either too heavily modded to make into vanilla aircraft or experiments that were just disasters (like my first VTOL).
