Widespread riots in the continental country of Santos due to the joining of the siren war provoked a quick response. Originally, a modified high-end tornado chasing vehicle with a 12.7mm stationary turret was proposed, but one of the officials mentioned "we weren't fighting dinosaurs" and "they are humans too" so after a little bit of yelling and a little bit of cussing, an already-existing pickup truck was modified with explosive reactive multi purpose antikinetic armor. It was also given a ton of lights, but some agent was too lazy to put a label on the sides of the vehicle.
