The Aerocom Aerospace F2 was a fighter jet released in 1950. Development began in 1946 and the aircraft became ready for production in 1949. Armed with four .50 cal machine guns in the nose, the aircraft proved to be an excellent fighter — except for one tiny issue. The aircraft flew like a brick, and this proved to be a major issue in fast, close range dogfights.
