This is a Remake of a transformer I remember the most... a Vehicon named Jetstorm, from the sequel to Beast Wars, Beast Machines. As one of the villains, he would gleefully torture the Maximals while tossing off hilarious one liners (even making a nod to the Pokémon Craze at the time, “Gotta’ Catch ‘Em All!”) Of course all that changes later in the show, but I won’t try to give off any spoilers just for the sake of it. So anyway, Here are the controls:

• Always Start in Midair (Obviously)

• DO NOT go full throttle, since if you do, he spins out of control (flight is best at 25%)

• To transform into the Bird mode, simply VTOL all the way Upward

• Last but not least, he is incredibly floppy, so be as gentle with the controls as possible.

Also, he was made to allow a more faithful rendition of the character, for the toy line’s versions would differ greatly from what the TV Cartoon provided.
