First Turn of your throttle, deactivate your main engines with 8, use the air brakes to slow down and land in the water, powerup your throttle, when near 100mph activate your torpedo engines with 1 and wait a few seconds for them to powerup, when at most 100mph, launch any batch of torpedos with 2 or 3, but wait a few seconds before launching the other batch to help prevent them from colliding.
