Desc: The Luftpanzer 1000 is a design modification of the Heinkel P.1079 to be modernized. Designed in 1969, it would see many modifications along the way. This is one of the earliest variants.

L I- Unarmed and no mounting points for trainer purposes.

L II(1970)- designed for light aircraft interception, faster.
