The Ridgeback Spelunker is the successor to the Ridgeback Spunker. Much has improved in this design including a new 4 bladed propeller, monoplane wings, and a gunner. This version has a load out of 2 300lbs bombs in the wings and 1 ship sinker bomb (1000lbs). This version is so heavy it uses rocket assisted takeoff. Activate 1 to remove rockets activate 2 to remove 300lbs activate 3 to remove ship sinker bomb. This plane is ment to takeoff from the carrier. This plane served from 1940-1960. Retired as a search and rescue plane. Only 7 are airworthy today 4 in different museums 2 in the US navy (to be used as target practice) and 1 used by a farmer to crop dust.
