Something that helped a little bit is to set the range on the rotor that controls the horizontal stabilizer's to a lower value. You lose a little bit of mobility, but you get much less of that spring back.
@Lordofpanabatta This is actually not to bad. It doesn't fly great but it flies. The main problem I guess you're experiencing is when you pitch it up or down it wants to bounce back. I used to have this same problem.
