@lianken mm. Its not bad idea to place houses on wright north island.
But maybe i find solid 3d house models because your build contain 81 parts so
If i place 10pcs houses 10 x 80 = 800.
High part count builds load cpu but if i use high part count in mods this will load gpu so its bad for performance.
