Defender F35B Owl SMT aka T-35SMT
The latest fighter jet designed by the PRAF Manufacturing Corps. The F35Pe is the newest main fighter of the Republican Air Force, yada yada yada... you can just go check the Original F35Pe Owl for the rest of it.
But it's been modified to be even more maneuverable, being given canards, different wings, and even some fancy thrust vectoring technologies courtesy of Technologia de Sparrow, a company often associated with rocket design.

This is based on a plane made by my friend BoredDeffy. Also you can do PSM stuff at around 400 km/h below. Do with that info what you will, and if you pull some wacky maneuvers pls show me in the comments lmao

@LoneSpaceGaming I know, but since the base aircraft by Deffy was called F35Pe, I called this one F35B SMT (I built this around a previous modification of his F35Pe that I just called F35B)
This looks pretty cool!
Idk if this was intended, but you named it the F35B and the F-35B is a real aircraft.
