This is my first fugelage plane. It’s water friendly but don’t stay in the water for too long. I’ve had some issues where it would slowly sink. When taking off, make small movements or else it will go off the runway.

Your improving. This is a nice small jet. As for your sinking issue, the plane is actually rolling over on it's right side to rest upside down. That's because the center of weight is near to top side. It's actually the tail than is flipping it over.
