Tally ho chaps!

This is the ultimate version of my fictional BAE Whirlwind. The F.7. Developed from the earlier FGR.1 model to fulfill the air superiority role.

She is a two seat, twin engine, variable geometry design that really goes like s*it off a shiny shovel (1230mph at 30,000ft in full dirty config). A little F-14, a little F-15, and a little Tornado. Just keep an eye on the fuel level if you like running full afterburner.

Controls are as follows;

AG1 + vtol operates the landing flaps
AG2 engages afterburner
AG3 operates lights and beacons
AG4 releases the drag chute
AG5,6&7 releases the stores.
AG8 toggles the variable sweep assembly and the connected roll assist spoilers

Note that the variable sweep is connected to throttle position. It is possible to over ride this by turning AG8 off when the wings are in the desired position.

It is also recommended to trim nose full down when flying with the wings dully forward.

Have fun!
