The F/A-31 Wraith II is the spiritual successor to the F-26 Wraith. The original Wraith was growing dated, however was still a very successful platform. Isreal joined the US in the creation of the new multirole fighter in 2040. While most modern day warfare is COIN, enemies such as Russia and China were still kept in mind. A top of its class jet, the Wraith II is stealthy and capable of carrying plenty of ordinance in its bays (which I couldn't model without issues) and on the wings when stealth is not required. Because so much of its main section produces lift and the engines are well protected and are equipped with thrust vectoring, not only is the plane super agile, its able to absorb large amounts of damage and keep fighting. On board is an expiermental device that reduces the G forces experienced by the airframe and pilot, which provides numerous benefits such as increasing ease of maintenance and giving the pilot himself more staying power in the fight.
