Challenge: Take off from land . Land it in the sea. Vertical take off, VTOL up for added lift. It's a pig to control, as its very sluggish response..hence the challenge. The structure is fuel pods, it uses a lot, but its an Oil rig , so they also theoretically store oil. Has air to air defences. Experimental idea, work in progress.

I forget a rather vital bit of info. Keep VTOL fully up to maintain pitch/turn control, even when main throttle is zero .
