Auto Credit Based on Pilotmario's M1108 HMMWV
The AN/TWQ-2B Sentinel is a Paternian mobile short-range air defense designed by KRIEG, modified to fit on the PDI M1108 HMMWV light utility vehicle. The system removes the AN/VPY-81 Doppler phased array search radar to reduce weight, but retains the AN/VSS-90 multi-spectrum sensor and the M3P heavy machine gun. The search radar proved less useful than previously thought, as unaided listening by human observers proved just as effective, if not more so, than radar in close-range air defense; aircraft can be heard without line of sight to the aircraft, while radar requires an unobstructed line of sight to the aircraft. Such a factor is important in dense terrain such as urban areas and mountain passes.

Remembers me of Command and conquer Avenger, but with missiles.
