Hello,This Lockheed P791 build only with its picture on google. I'd try to find the blueprints but I couldn't find it.

Throttle - Ascend and Descend
I would recommend how to fly this aircraft base on my experience.
•Take off : VTOL all the way up and just Throttle to 79%.
•Cruise : Hold VTOL and Throttle 77-78%(1000ft recommended).
