designed by Boeing in 2019 it is one of the smallest and fastest propeller planes in use today. the fact it was small fast and cheap got the navy's eye they could could easily fit on aircraft carriers and it was a VTOL aircraft so they could cover the entire deck if needed it was designed to support ground forces and take out ships but it was not as effective as desired so they designed it again to be a spot and survey enemy movement and possibly engage the smaller movements
