Bristol Walrus Mk1

-Unknown British Pilot
The Bristol Walrus is the first aircraft to come out of the United Kingdom’s heavy aircraft development project codenamed Project Wellington. It was first developed in mid 1943 but full production was postponed until early 1944. The first 25 units were rushed into service and showed great success as a precision bomber and attacker. There were also rumors of a squadron being used as heavy fighters to some success. This aircraft would be used by the Russians and Americans as well in roles such as submarine hunters and tank busters. The Walrus featured two hybrid engines that used props and jets to provide thrust and a high top speed for its size and weight. It was armed with two heavy auto cannons, two Browning M1942-A2 rotary cannons, and two heavy air-to-ground missiles. Due to the placement of the missiles directly under the engines the pilot must pull up slightly to avoid the risk of the missile hitting the prop when fired. The armament is easily interchangeable to suit the mission requirements such as AAMs and unguided bombs.
Special thanks to jamesPLANESii for his feedback on the engine design.

I will admit I did not know about the existence of the Supermarine Walrus prior to posting this. In the future I will try and remember to make sure it doesn't exist before naming it.
Supermarine Walrus + Bristol Walrus = Confusion

@FranzPeterSiegfried Thank you! :)
@MTakach
