This plane was in a competition with the borkache, both planes were going the be light strike aircraft. But a lot was on the line for both aircrafts makers. The Ucle'an company was going to go bankrupt if it didnt win, and the Borkache company was trying get into military contracts.
The Ucle'an company won, but the military lost intrest by this time, they had found a better plane. And both companys never made a plane again.
