I made another PSM AI again, for you to fight with.
It's not going to be easy because I increase it's maneuverability a lot.
And gave it 3 laser drone too.
But yeah... have to admit that laser drones can't even hit you lol, they are just mostly for atmosphere.
I hope they make the fight more interesting!!
Some tips
- This plane is super agile and will not overshoot easily. It'll pull cobra or go on a loop when too close to you.
- It's gun is low damage but that doesn't mean you can tank it.
- Head-on is somewhat a viable option. But it's gun may hit you so hard you'll lost your aim
- It can explode violently when destroyed.
-Don't worry about little drones hitting you, they will self destruct to prevent that from happening.
-Don't use flares or chaff for full experience. You can ignore the missile warning sound.

Yeah, it'll have hard time following slower target because ai always go max throttle.

Well, no, the Arsenal bird had the PLSL firing backwards, but the AI of the Fireflies master is REALLY inaccurate, like I was going REALLY slow, and it was struggling to hit a large, slow, target. So I just waited for the Fireflies master to go behind me and I could aim the PLSL at it (AKA making the plane go up and down and hoping for it to hit)
The ai is fun to fight against when using a bomber with turrets

That sound like you going head-on with it.
That's the move I'd use against it too.
Ez, beat it with the Arsenal bird, guns only, no aim assist/auto aim, can’t go above 3G. That XMQ-88 can fly with a wing removed, its a tough opponent. After I blew it up the big piece slammed into me and blew me into two pieces :(

That'll be terrible to fly in atmosphere.
The point of PSM is to push the plane's limit beyond stall so an average performance fighter jet will turn better and give the pilot some edge.
Aurora Starfury won't fly as good as fighter jet in atmosphere and fighter jet can't fly as good out of atmosphere too.

Why do you need airplane?
It's wings can't work effectively at angle of attack above 20, it's hull have a lot of drag, and it's propulsion system uses over 20% of its power just for turning.
Did you tried to rotate main wing relative to angle of attack?
Did you tried to move thrusters into center of mass?
Maybe omniderictional propulsion, like on aurora starfury, but with airbrakes will be better for post-stall maneuvers?

It doesn't have to.
Get close enough and even a lagging auto aim gun can hit anything.
