Ship History

HIVNS Shalarune/ROPN Sharalune is the last aircraft carrier to be built by the Empire of Voranski she served the Imperial Voranski Navy until 1958 where the Empire of Voranski changed into the Republic of Petrova where she served as flagship with her sister ROPN Pegasus.

She underwent heavy modifications for jet aircraft in the 1960 with angled flight deck,deck edge elevators and catapults.

Shalarune and Pegasus were soon decommissioned in 1986 since the new Centaur-class aircraft carriers were introduced planned of her being scrapped change they decided to convert her along with her sistership into a museum.
