Bulky heavy and over 200 parts which is i hate.. This is just a transmission and i dont wanna put this to my main project.. I will stay mobile friendly.. If you want to use this.. Feel free. And you can suggest about transmission.. I need suggestion especially for the gear designs...

I feel that something similar to what a transmission does could be achieved by using different sized wheels. For example, smaller wheels cap out at lower speeds but in some instances accelerate faster than bigger wheels. In other words, let the small wheels touch the ground for better acceleration on startup and then switch to larger wheels with increasing diameter as your speed increases. I have already developed a 2-speed proof of concept but have not uploaded it yet. Maybe you could try making something similar?
