Auto Credit Based on KPLBall's USS San Antonio (CLA-28)
In 1946 Panama bought the USS Charleston and the USS Sacramento, both of which belong to the San Antonio class cruiser.
The San Miguelito (formerly USS Sacramento) was bought as it was being scrapped, luckily for Panama the ship only has it's large caliber turrets (9in guns and 6in guns) removed, Panama then bought 37mm C/30s from Italy (a infamous German AA gun) and put it on the San Miguelito's mounting for the large caliber turret, it was eventually fazed back into service in 1947 as an AA cruiser, allowing it to patrol Panama's territorial waters without being questioned.

It doesn't count to use a translator. Do what you can, it doesn't matter if you don't know English. The information I put is not real at all, it's an example.
@JABH two things >:D
@KPLBall Oh wow. I didn't know that fact, I learned something today.
@JABH it's a city in Panama, right next to Panamá City, funny thing is, Panamá City is the LARGEST city in Panama housing over HALF the population
