In 1942, after Spanish Republican gain victory in Spanish Civil Wars, CASA Aircraft corporation was winning bid to replace the older Soviet ground attack aircraft as deemed outdated during the process, they chose to German and Soviet design of BF109 and MiG 3, C56 Tiburon was taking it's Maiden flight in 1943, soon the war progressed in Europe, the plane was came into Service in 1944, however with the War ended in 1945, this opened the Cuban Air Forces and Indian Forces to purchase such a plane in 1948, Egypt and Iraq was the first Foreign buyer in 1946 and used extensively against Japanese aircraft operated by Israel
