Auto Credit Based on Jundroo's Little Bugger

Added a lever to allow the buggy to move forward or backward. Everyone, including Jundroo developers (including other employees) are humans and mistakes like this can occur, no matter what training they had.

The default bugger uses the triggers on the steering wheel to go forward and backwards

@BreadCarbs, @EchoVehicle, @AnderWorks, it is, in fact, a successor of the new stock little bugger; I just added a lever because the stock little bugger does not have the controls needed for forward/backward movement. I did not know there was another “Little bugger” like BreadCarbs’ vehicle that sports said name.
