A twin engined fighter designed in 1942 that didn't go farther than the drawing board.
AG-1 - 20mm ShVAK cannon
AG-2 - 37mm NS-37 cannon
History:
In mid-December of 1942, Sukhoi completed the outline design of a four-gun fighter with Shvetsov M-71 radial engines. Unlike the "point defense fighter," the aircraft had air-cooled radial engines and a more powerful cannon armament consisting of two 20mm ShVAK guns with a total ammunition capacity of 400 shells and two 37mm NS-37 guns with a total of 100 rounds. However, for unknown reasons, this project was not submitted to the higher organizations for consideration.
The only known Sukhoi OKB drawing of the TC-3M-71.
