Yes, it does fly. Move throttle up slowly to confirm the propellers are spinning in opposite directions. VTOL full up or down depending on piston direction. Set trim full down and throttle up to 100%. The aircraft will take off on it's own. Readjust trim once air born. This is my first plane, enjoy.
