Auto Credit Based on mikoyanster's 50s Cold War Challenge [CANCELLED]
*My first entry!* First flown in 1954 and introduced to the RAF in 1959, the Thunder was as good as jets could get in the 50s. It could reach high speed at altitude, while still being able to conduct air to air combat. The layout of the aircraft was very non-traditional in that it stacked engines and hed a strange trailing edge. It also featured external fuel tanks above the wing, not seen on any other fighter. I wish all good luck in the challenge... Enjoy!
