And yeah, it’s been a long time, I know! Don’t worry, it’s the same old Neko, still addicted to guns, and trying her best not to get crushed by school (Senior year is so tough!) ^^
Following in Firehead’s wake of exemplary firearm design, the Firehead GK-556 is a Compact Assault Rifle (CAR) chambered in 5.56×45mm. Similar in resemblance to the K-55, the GK-556 retains its precursor’s compact ergonomics and lightweight material design. The K-55’s simple illuminated sights have been replaced with a pair of flip-up iron sights, more suitable for medium to long-range engagements. Firehead deemed the ACE M4 SOCOM Stock (remastered, and more accurate than ever, thanks to the 1.7 update!) appropriate for the weapon, citing its size, adjustability, and quality (composed of lightweight, strong aluminum) as advantages. The GK-556 is fed through Troy Industries Polymer Battlemags. Additional available attachments include the Innovative Arms Interceptor 5.56 Quick Attach suppressor, and Firehead’s in-house line of optical sights.
