- To run the plane you have to quickly move the vtol/blade pitch lever alway the down to set the direction of the engines, while setting the throttle to 100%. 2. Once you have the engines running you control how much thrust props provide with the vtol/pitch shifter, I recommend having the pitch shift down all the way while taking off then moving the vtol/pitch shifter almost to the middle in flight but be warned the engines become unstable at high flight speeds with low blade pitch
